Attorney Lisa Milner Hancock

Lisa Milner Hancock grew up in Marshall County and graduated from Albertville High School. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Birmingham-Southern College with a double major in economics and philosophy. She received a Rotary Fellowship to attend the University of Kent at Canterbury, England, where she earned a University Diploma in labor economics. She obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado and is licensed to practice in both Colorado and Alabama.

Lisa is lucky to be married to Jack Hancock and they have two daughters, Anna Kyle and Jane.

Lisa has practiced in many areas of the law over the years but has narrowed her focus to primarily representing debtors in bankruptcy for over 20 years now.
